We are looking for a sharp and disciplined Product Manager who will own and manage a mobile game, taking it from concept through to live operations.\n\nResponsibilities:\nOwn product development, strategic vision and business ops for new or an existing game\nBecome the authority in the psychology of games\nBuild a comprehensive understanding of what features and themes increase user engagement\nProvide insight on game mechanics and improve hypotheses/models by mining user data\nCoordinate and inspire engineering and design teams - and LOVE it!\nRequired Skills\n\nExperience in F2P mid-core strategy and/or RPG games\nYou love games! You have a passion for creating new game features and playing computer games.\nBA/BS degree - CS/EE/Engineering/Math/Statistics/Economics degree.\n3-7 years of experience as a product manager in the social, mobile or F2P game development space.\nDeep understand of systems design for F2P titles.\nExperience running Live Ops.\nStrong organizational and analytical skills with an emphasis on metrics driven decision making.\nStrategic thinker who loves creating incredible user experiences.\nCan graphically create wireframes and give interface direction to UI team.\nDemonstrate your contribution to a successful project or product in the past.\nAttention to detail.\nGreat at multitasking.\nTeam player!\nPreference will be given to candidates who have:\n\nPrevious startup experience.\nTechnical background.\nUnderstand monetization in games.\nSocial, online and/or iPhone/Android product management experience.\nKnowledge of mobile technology\n- its boundaries and unique potential as it applies to games.\nSalary Package\nWe offer highly competitive and lucrative packages that could vary depending on the educational background, work experience, as well as the candidate�s performance in the interview.\nDeadline\nASAP\n\nOR apply via email on:\ncareers@carameltechstudios.com\nImportant: Please mention the job title in the subject field of your email.\n\nLife @ CaramelTech\nCaramel Tech Studios (Pvt.)
