Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join a fast-paced, collaborative finance team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be deeply involved in billing operations, month-end close, and cross-functional support.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. If you enjoy working across teams to solve problems and drive accuracy, this role offers strong growth potential.What You’ll DoReview customer contracts and invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with termsSupport and execute the month-end billing cycle, including preparing and distributing invoiceConfigure and manage billing schedules, subscription billing, usage-based billing, and adjustmentsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and collections issuesSupport month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and revenue-related adjustmentsAssist with audit support and provide documentation for tax filingsPartner with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, IT) to resolve billing and accounting issuesProvide general support for customer billing inquiriesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting2+ years of accounting experience (public or corporate)Strong understanding of billing processes, subscriptions, invoicing workflows, and month-end close dutiesProficiency in Excel (formulas, filtering, basic pivot tables)Preferred QualificationsExperience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue or revenue recognition toolsFamiliarity with ASC 606 and contract billing conceptsCPA or actively pursuingWork EnvironmentThis is an onsite role in Dallas, TX, Monday through Friday.
