The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of program execution, cybersecurity, and technical delivery, as well as experience in guiding cross-functional engineering teams, managing technical risks, and translating mission requirements into scalable operational solutions.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDrive and oversee program and project execution, technical delivery, and milestone management across software, hardware, and cybersecurity initiatives\nWork with customers, government stakeholders, and internal project team members to understand mission requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks and delivery roadmaps\nDevelop and maintain program management artifacts, risk management registers, resource allocations, and budget tracking tools\nCoordinate and direct multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including software, cloud, and security specialists, to meet technical objectives\nEnsure technical solutions align with security best practices and federal compliance guidelines throughout the delivery lifecycle\nStay up-to-date on emerging technologies, defense frameworks, and industry trends and their applicability to the Public Sector space\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field\n3 years of experience in program or project management for Senior Associate level, 8 years for Principal level or higher\n3 years of experience leading technical engineering teams, 5 years for Principal level or higher\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles, systems engineering, and modern technology paradigms\nExperience leading technical teams including delegating tasks, reviewing deliverables, and coaching team members\nExperience managing program budgets, resource allocation, and risk management across technical portfolios\nExperience developing program management plans, driving operational decisions, developing documentation artifacts, and presenting technical briefs to clients and executive level leaders\nExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Agile delivery frameworks\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills\nAbility to work collaboratively with the broader team as well as independently\nUS Citizenship and ability to maintain Secret clearance\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nAt least one Google Cloud Professional Certification\nExperience working with customers in the U.S. Public Sector, Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community (IC)\nU.S. Federal Government security clearance\nExperience with DoD/DISA cybersecurity policies, Risk Management Framework (RMF), or FedRAMP\nActive Secret clearance or higher\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nTechnical background or operational familiarity with cybersecurity platforms, cloud architecture, or autonomous systems\n\nThe estimated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 commensurate on years of experience and technical interview.\n\nWe are proud to be an EEO/AA employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.\n\nIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.\n\nWe are strictly looking for direct, full-time W2 employees.
