Quality Control\nPerform quality inspections throughout each production run.\nMonitor print density, color consistency, registration, page sequence, image quality, and barcode readability when required.\nStop production whenever product quality does not meet company standards.\nRemove defective product according to company procedures.\n3. Press Adjustments & Troubleshooting\nMake routine press adjustments to maintain print quality.\nRespond to machine alarms and production issues.\nTroubleshoot web breaks, registration issues, color variation, printhead defects, and paper feeding problems.\nEscalate mechanical or electrical issues to maintenance or supervision.\n4. Equipment Care\nPerform daily operator maintenance.\nClean the press following established procedures.\nComplete assigned lubrication and preventive maintenance tasks.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\n5. Production Documentation\nRecord production quantities, waste, downtime, roll changes, maintenance, and quality issues.\nComplete production paperwork and electronic records accurately.\n6. Teamwork\nCommunicate with supervisors and coworkers.\nWork closely with Prepress, Bindery, Shipping, and Maintenance.\nParticipate in shift turnover meetings.\n7.
