The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role and will be responsible for delivering quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure successful patient outcomes./n/nResponsibilities/n/n- Deliver direct patient care to individuals in Neuro-Progressive and Stepdown/ICU settings./n- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed./n- Monitor and document patient conditions, responding to any changes./n- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans./n- Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery./n/n/nSchedule/nThis position requires working the night shift, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM./n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n/n- Must have Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience./n- Epic experience is required./n- NAVE BLUE scrubs are required./n- Completion of a Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer acceptance./n- Must hold a valid RN license./n/n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
