In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. You will also mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies.Lead technical architecture, solution design, and implementation for client engagements.Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern development best practices.Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.Participate in architecture discussions, estimation, planning, and technical decision-making.Optimize application performance through profiling, tuning, and performance improvements.Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.Contribute to Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement within the engineering team.Required Skills:Strong software development experience with Java 8 or higher.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
