Large Market Business Developer - Benefits Consulting📍 California, USA (Hybrid - Irvine / Los Angeles / San Francisco)💼 Employment Type: Full-Time💰 Compensation: $210,000 - $230,000 About the RoleStraffing AI on behalf of a leading global consulting organization, is seeking an experienced Large Market Business Developer to drive growth across enterprise-level clients.This role focuses on acquiring and expanding relationships with large and jumbo organizations (5,000+ employees / $2B+ revenue), helping clients address complex challenges across employee benefits, health, and retirement solutions.This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven enterprise sales professional with deep experience in benefits consulting or HR advisory.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans targeting large and jumbo enterprise clientsManage a defined portfolio of high-value prospects (40–50 accounts)Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CHRO, CFO, HR leaders)Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, engagement, negotiation, and closingCreate compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responsesDrive revenue growth through new logo acquisition and account expansionCollaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree (BA/BS)10+ years of experience in benefits consulting, employee benefits, or HR consulting salesProven track record of closing large enterprise dealsExperience managing long and complex sales cyclesStrong ability to engage and influence senior executivesDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsDeep understanding of group health, retirement benefits, or HR consulting solutionsPreferred QualificationsExperience managing large/jumbo client segmentsStrong professional network within enterprise organizationsExperience participating in industry events, conferences, or thought leadership initiativesLife & Health License (preferred)What Success Looks LikeConsistent achievement of sales targetsSuccessful acquisition of new enterprise clientsStrong pipeline development and conversionLong-term client relationship growthAdditional Information📍 Location: California (Hybrid – Irvine, Los Angeles, or San Francisco)🛂 Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)(Employee BenefitsBenefits ConsultingEnterprise SalesHR ConsultingGroup HealthRetirement BenefitsBusiness DevelopmentLarge Market SalesInsurance Consulting)
