Job DetailsDescriptionJob Summary:The online Support Coordinator processes and coordinates all work related to Residential new Constructions for assigned builders.Supervisory Responsibilities None.Duties/ResponsibilitiesManage, monitor and maintain all requests for electrical residential new construction.Coordinate with other internal departments regarding documentation and job creations.Monitor & maintain email inbox.File & code job documentation per entry standardsCreate jobs in the system based on appropriate information.Coordinate and respond to other departmental requests for documentation and job information.Visit builder websites for information as needed.Coordinate, communicate with and respond to remote admins and all field personnel as necessary.Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary.Required Skills/AbilitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organization skills with attention to details.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
