Williams Form is an excellent place to start your new career if you are looking for a face-paced, challenging career within a family-oriented company.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nOperate thread roll machines producing external roll threads in various types and sizes; remove parts at the end of the machine cycle\nPerform basic thread roll machine set-ups as required to complete the manufacturing\nFeed parts into automatic thread roll machines by studying the part, blueprints, specifications and/or instructions\nAdjust machine controls and change tool settings in order to keep dimensions within specific tolerances\nInspect sample workpieces to verify conformance with specifications using instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and dial indicator\nFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to check, test, login, logout, and thread roll good quality parts while coordinating with the floor supervisor\nNotify supervisor of major malfunctions or when machine maintenance is needed\nRecognize basic sequence of operations with assistance from supervisor\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training\nBasic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required\nManual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers\nProficient in blueprint interpretation, key process parameters, and SPC data acquisition\nAbility to effectively communicate information to supervisor and/or other employees\nAbility to lift up to 70 lbs. unassisted required\nAble to stand, walk, bend and twist for at least seven hours per day\nUS Citizen or Green Card holder\nWilliams Form appreciates the importance of being able to provide our team members and their families with a complete benefits package as part of their overall compensation.\nBenefits offered include:\nMedical\nDental\nVision\nPaid Time Off\n401K\nPerformance bonuses\nMonthly incentives\nBoot and Clothing Allowance\nWilliams Form Engineering has been a leader in manufacturing quality products for the Construction and Fastener Industries for over 100 years.
