This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure contractual requirements, schedules, specifications, and deliverables are clearly communicated and successfully executed. The Contract Administrator exercises independent judgment in reviewing customer requirements, managing contractual obligations, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. This position works closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Estimating, and Finance to facilitate efficient contract execution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customer contracts and contractual matters.\nReview customer purchase orders, statements of work, specifications, and contract requirements for accuracy and compliance with quotations and company capabilities.\nCoordinate contract acceptance and ensure customer requirements are communicated to all internal stakeholders.\nMonitor customer portals for RFQs/RFPs and communicate with proposal analyst to ensure a timely response.\nManage the order entry and contract review process, ensuring all contractual requirements are accurately captured within internal systems.\nMonitor contract performance, delivery schedules, and key milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays. Prepare reports on contract status, performance metrics and key deadlines.\nCoordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure contractual commitments are achieved.\nProcess contract modifications, engineering changes, and customer change orders while maintaining accurate documentation.\nRespond promptly to customer inquiries regarding contract status, schedules, deliverables, and contractual requirements.\nResolve contract-related issues in collaboration with internal departments and customers.\nMaintain complete and accurate contract records and correspondence.\nEscalate contractual, schedule, quality, or compliance issues to management when appropriate.\nSupport compliance with applicable customer, regulatory, and quality requirements, including aerospace and defense standards where applicable.\nAssist with customer audits, contract reviews, and program meetings as required.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.\n3–5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, customer program management, or a related role in manufacturing or aerospace.\nExperience reviewing customer purchase orders, contract terms and conditions, and technical requirements.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and changing priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.\nStrong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.\nHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and sound business judgment.\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments preferred.\nFamiliarity with aerospace, defense, or government contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS) is a plus.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.\nCompensation and Reporting:\nThis position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
