While the Assistant Engineer will primarily focus on DE’s Infrastructure Solution Area, candidates are expected to provide support in the Water and Technology Solutions as well. All DE team members are expected to have superior analytic and problem-solving skills; ability to express technically complex information clearly, both orally and in writing; ability to self-motivate; attention to detail; strong work ethic; and good moral, ethical, and engineering judgement. Familiarity with agricultural irrigation and production systems is a major plus.
