Narrow Web Flexo Press Technician A night on pressAt 4:30pm you arrive, review specs, and prep your servo-driven narrow web Flexographic Digital Hybrid Press. You load substrate, mount plates, set print impression, and dial in the anilox, inks, and die station. As the shift moves into full swing, you fine-tune ink laydown, balance speed, and manage drying temperatures. When a defect appears, you troubleshoot fast to keep quality high and waste low. Before the sun rises, you complete routine maintenance—oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs—so the next run starts strong.What you’ll run and produceOperate a narrow web Flexo/Digital Hybrid press to create top-tier prime labelsPerform traditional flexographic printing and die-cutting to convert labels to specVerify substrates, inks, and tooling meet job requirementsAdjust ink distribution, line speed, and drying chamber temperature for optimal resultsTroubleshoot print issues quickly to minimize downtime and material wasteHandle routine maintenance: oiling, cleaning, and minor mechanical fixesSchedule & bonusNight shift: 4:30pm–6:00am. $1,500 hiring bonus (half paid upon hire, second half paid after 90 days).Skills you bringProven experience running a servo-driven narrow web press: Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or similar (experience is a must)Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset focused on quality and efficiencyComfort with physical work: standing, lifting, and operating press-sideClear communicator and strong team playerProficiencies and technologyMachine setups for production runsDigital printingPrimary equipment: Flexographic printing press (servo-driven narrow web)Why join Inovar Packaging GroupFlexo-graphics, part of Inovar Packaging Group, LLC, is one of North America’s premier flexographic and digital printing partners.
