They support the delivery of solutions by coordinating project scope, timelines, and resources using both traditional and Agile methodologies. Project Managers work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, timely execution, and alignment with business goals.\nThis role will manage a variety of projects, including initiatives that span both business operations and technical implementations. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing projects independently and contributing to Agile practices in a collaborative environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDuties include the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned.\nSpend approximately 60% of time managing projects through various phases of software development (Discovery Delivery), 20% gathering requirements for smaller-scale efforts, and 20% on reporting, metrics, and resource coordination.\nManage project delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.\nCoordinate multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.\nIdentify and escalate risks and issues, and support mitigation planning.\nProvide regular project updates to stakeholders and team members.\nFollow established project management processes and maintain documentation.\nSupport project delivery from initiation through implementation and closure.\nTrack resource needs and assist with utilization planning.\nCommunicate budget and task status clearly across teams.\nAlign project deliverables with business objectives and report progress accordingly.\nCoordinate final delivery activities including UAT, implementation, and sign-off.\nCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to identify solutions.\nMaintain project documentation and assets.\nWork with product and business teams to define requirements and estimate effort.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
