House Manager / Nanny / Personal Assistant! Denver **LONGTERM Role**

Seeking: Nanny / House Manager / Cook (Long-Term Role) 30–40 hrs/week | Starts February or March | Long-Term (3+ years) Hello! I’m seeking a highly organized, proactive, and warm personal / household manager & nanny who is also a strong cook to support my household and professional life with my 4 and 5 year old! This role is ideal for someone who truly enjoys creating structure, caring for children, cooking healthy meals, and keeping a household running smoothly. Ideal Candidate 4+ years of childcare/nanny experience (required) Strong caretaker personality Excellent multitasker and self-starter Loves cooking and healthy food prep Highly organized, clean, and detail-oriented Comfortable managing both household and child-related responsibilities Seeking a long-term position (2+ years preferred) with the intent of staying longer term! Hours & Schedule 30–40 hours/week (flexible for the right candidate) Core Responsibilities Childcare Morning and after-school care Drive kids to/from school and activities (reliable vehicle required - gas will be paid for) Prepare backpacks, clothing, lunches, and snacks Engage with and entertain children in a thoughtful, attentive way, come up with activities, etc. Provide calm, nurturing, and structured support Cooking & Meal Prep (Very Important) Daily meal prep for me (healthy breakfasts & lunches) Prepare healthy family dinners on kid days Pack school lunches Keep snacks stocked and organized Clean kitchen thoroughly after meal prep Maintain organized food zones (pantry, fridge, storage) Household Management & Organization Maintain daily household tidiness Create and maintain organizational systems (closets, pantry, storage) Light daily cleaning and straightening up! Seasonal clothing swaps and children’s clothing organization Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areas Wash, fold, and organize all household laundry (including bedding & towels) Keep laundry areas tidy and stocked Track and restock household supplies, toiletries, and groceries Errands & Admin Grocery shopping and household shopping (Amazon, Target, Costco) Returns and dry cleaning Personal errands Light admin tasks related to my business Computer-based tasks (basic proficiency required) Experience & Skills Required Minimum 4 years of childcare/nanny experience (required) Household management experience strongly preferred Strong cooking skills Highly organized and clean Proficient with computers Self-motivated and proactive Compensation $30–$35/hour 1 week paid vacation per year Gas reimbursement for driving kids Requirement for a reliable, safe personal vehicle to transport children Please email me at trdivine@gmail.com with your resume as well!
