The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to produce compelling proposals that meet client requirements and drive business growth. The Proposal Team Manager will also manage the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead Proposal Development: Oversee the end-to-end proposal process, from initial request to final submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.\nTeam Management: Supervise and mentor a team of proposal writers, coordinators, and subject matter experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.\nStrategic Planning: Develop proposal strategies that effectively address client needs and highlight our company’s value proposition.\nQuality Assurance: Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance, ensuring a compelling and persuasive narrative.\nStakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.\nProcess Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal development process.\nDeadline Management: Ensure all proposals are completed and submitted on time, adhering to internal and external deadlines.\n\nQualifications/Skills:\nMinimum of 10 years in proposal management and/or 5 years in a leadership role.\nExperience in EAP is preferred\nStrong project management and organizational abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nWhat we offer:\nAt Workplace Options, we don’t just deliver wellbeing services to our clients, we champion wellbeing for our own employees as well.
