FanGate Solutions Event Staff PositionFanGate Solutions is a customer service driven company here to provide live entertainment and sports venues with a professional team of trained event day staff. As an event staff team member for FanGate Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in ticket sales, marketing and special events. Event staff will receive training on: giving top notch customer service to exceed our client's expectations and increase fans overall experience, as well as venue information. This position is for one event based in Fort Worth, TX at Dickies Arena taking place on May 14th-17th. Would you like to experience working at a PBR (Professional Bull Riders) championship event helping thousands of fans renew their tickets for 2027? We provide staffing for PBR during their World Championship. Team members will be performing the following positions: Ticket Sellers, Ticket Renewal Ambassadors, and Customer Service Representative.Responsibilities:Aid guests with accurate event and promotional informationSelling and/or picking up event tickets at various venuesProvide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concernsPunctual and self-motivated with an attention to detailCommunicate all pertinent information with clients and guestsProvide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guestsWork various shows & events that promote FanGate Solutions and its clients in a positive mannerClosely adhere to the health and sanitation guidelines set by FanGate Solutions and its clientsPerform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managersQualifications and Requirements:Willing to work on the weekend of May 14-17, 2026.College student majoring in advertising, marketing, sport management, or related fields is a plusEager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainmentAbility to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests' needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerStrong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethicMust be neat and presentable at all timesMust be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GEDDuration and Pay:Work event on May 14, 15, 16 & 17.
