The ideal candidate will be recent college graduate or early-career engineer who is enthusiastic about leveraging modern development tools, including GenAI to build secure, scalable and resilient product.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWrite clean, secure code contributing to IAM and data security features.\nUnderstand the existing features and code that need good C/C++, Go, Python, Java programming language skills and data structures.\nParticipate in code reviews, testing and continuous integration practices.\nLearn and apply security best practices across the software development lifecycle.\nWork with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.\nContribute toDevSecOps automation and secure CI/CD pipelines\nCommunicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the development process.\nWho You’ll Work With\nWorks with engineering team members and architects and reports to the engineering manager.\nOur team collaborates with several cross-functional agile groups, including Architects, Product Owners, Software Engineers, and other engineering teams, to conceptualize, build, test, and deliver IAM/SSO and security features.\nOur cloud security engineering team has a dedicated focus on enhancing security posture of the platform, improving the user authentication and authorization experience and expanding the data security features.\nWhat Makes You a Qualified Candidate\n0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in product development/engineering team.\nProficient in C/C++ programming with a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.\nProficient in Go, Python and Java.\nFamiliarity or knowledge with OIDC, SAML and OAUTH protocols, LDAP, Kerberos and JWT authentication.\nFamiliar with TLS protocol, OpenSSL and cryptography libraries.\nGood problem-solving and strong debugging skills.\nGood knowledge of CICD and DevSecOps tools.\nExperience in the utilization of AI and analytical tools based on the requirements.\nExperience working in UNIX/Linux and cloud (AWS/GC/Azure) environments.\nA passion for innovation and continuous learning, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.\nGood oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce technical documents.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a reputed colleges with 0-2 years of product development experience in C/C++, Go, Python, Java and SQL.\nFamiliarity with Linux & AWS/Azure/GCP public cloud environments.\nKnowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices in software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.\nWhy We Think You'll Love Teradata\nWe prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
