As an Enterprise Network Engineer, you will assist in the operations, deployment and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) configuration of the network and security infrastructure, troubleshoot network issues, and support helpdesk and users with network related issues.\nThis position is located in Pittsburgh, PA\nResponsibilities:\nSupport Stack's highly technical software and hardware engineering teams by providing tier 2 and 3 support for network issues, and managing network support ticket queues\nTroubleshoot and diagnose VPN, Wifi, Internet, and internal network issues\nMonitor network and security infrastructure via organizational tools and platforms\nEngage with other Stack teams to escalate and prioritize support issues\nAssist in network deployment and testing using Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC tools\nImplement and improve network automation tooling, alerting, and observability\nProvide rotating on call support for after hours user reported issues and maintenance\nQualifications:\n3 years of experience\nExperience troubleshooting complex issues and providing detailed root cause analysis\nA deep understanding of network orchestration and automation with Python, Ansible, and Terraform\nExperience supporting BGP networks along with other advanced routing protocols\nExperience supporting multiple DNS and DHCP deployments\nFundamental understanding of network security with experience in edge firewall support\nFundamental understanding of SSE VPN solutions with widely distributed users\nExperience with Fortinet firewalls and switching, Ubiquiti wifi, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA preferred\nExperience with Cradlepoint netcloud and Cradlepoint routers preferred\nExperience with datacenter networking technologies, Cisco ACI preferred\nDesired Attributes\nA drive to learn and work with industry leading technologies\nProvide reliable support to users\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to communicate effectively with people of various technical skill level\nAbility to listen to users and correlate information from them\nWe are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
