ATIC produces legally defensible, independent certification of AI provenance, data lineage, and governance integrity against the Provenance & Integrity Standard — the first forensic benchmark authored specifically for litigation contexts.About the Legal Advisory ChambersThe Legal Advisory Chambers are five domain-specific legal bodies whose members collectively advise the Commission on how developments in litigation, regulation, and legal practice should inform the evolution of the Provenance & Integrity Standard and ATIC's certification framework. Each chamber focuses on a specific sector and serves as the legal advisory body for that sector's annex development within the Standard. Attorneys are placed into a chamber based on their domain specialization. The most distinguished member of each chamber is appointed Chair, and that Chair holds a seat on ATIC's Legal Advisory Council, the Commission's highest legal advisory body. This architecture ensures that every seat on the Legal Advisory Council represents an entire chamber of domain legal expertise beneath it.The Five ChambersChamber of Clinical and Health Integrity For attorneys with experience in healthcare compliance, FDA regulation, HIPAA, medical device law, clinical AI liability, and health system governance.Chamber of Cybersecurity and Technical Integrity For attorneys with experience in cybersecurity law, data breach liability, AI system governance, technical risk management, and vendor security obligations.Chamber of Governance, Policy, and Ethics For attorneys with experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, AI policy, ethics frameworks, financial services regulation, and institutional accountability.Chamber of Education and Academic Integrity For attorneys with experience in higher education compliance, research integrity, FERPA, federal grant compliance, IRB governance, and academic institutional law.Chamber of Critical Infrastructure Integrity For attorneys with experience in energy, transportation, communications, and defense sector regulation, CISA compliance, government contracting, and national security law.Why AttorneysThe Provenance & Integrity Standard is authored specifically for litigation contexts, meaning its language, evidentiary structure, and documentation requirements are written in the legal vocabulary that courts and regulatory bodies operate in.
