Role: Associate AttorneyLocation: Denver, COEmployment Type: Full TimeJob Mode: OnsiteAbout the RoleWe are seeking an associate attorney with litigation experience, particularly in insurance-related cases (coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, and bad faith claims). Ideal candidates should have experience in investigating claims, taking depositions, drafting motions, and attending court hearings in both state and federal courts. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential. Experience in drafting coverage opinions and conducting examinations under oath is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases from pre-litigation to trial and appeal.Responsibilities:LitigationInvestigating/defending first- and third-party claimsConducting and defending depositionsDrafting dispositive motionsAttending hearings in state and federal courtsLegal research, writing, and independent thinking skillsRequired Skills/Qualifications:Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degreeExperience: Solid law firm litigation experience, preferably with an emphasis on insurance-related litigation such as coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability lawsuits, and bad faith claims.
