Core Functions • Speak with prospective clients via phone (inbound leads — people who requested info) • Build rapport quickly and complete a needs assessment to understand goals, budget, and coverage gaps • Explain coverage options clearly and accurately so clients can compare choices with confidence • Recommend next steps and support decision‑making without pressure • Follow up consistently (text/phone/email as applicable) to keep momentum and answer questions • Maintain clean CRM notes, tasks, and documentation so every client interaction stays organized What You’ll Bring • Comfortable speaking on the phone and building trust with new people • Strong listening skills and the ability to explain information simply • Reliable follow‑through, time management, and attention to detail • Experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, healthcare support, or consultative sales is helpful (not required) • Comfort using basic technology (CRM, Zoom/Teams, email, calendars) • Industry experience not required — we train you Schedule & Remote Requirements • Full-time schedule; set hours discussed during interview • Quiet, professional home workspace • Reliable high-speed internet • Comfortable working on the phone for much of the day Tools, Training, and Backing You’ll get a structured onboarding plan, scripts and call frameworks, product training, and live coaching with feedback. You’ll also have access to peer support channels and a team lead for questions as you ramp. The Pay This is a performance‑based role. Total compensation typically falls in the posted range for full‑time representatives who are consistent with calls, follow‑up, and documentation.
