be available and responsive off shift/nights/weekends as needed.\nJobsite layout including survey functions.\nPrepare and provide organized and complete project documentation to superintendents, foremen and PM's for assigned projects.\nPreparation of submittals\nWork closely and effectively with our customers, crews, office, shop, and accounting.\nUtility locates and updates.\nMaterial Procurement, including obtaining quotes, purchase orders, order coordination.\nAttend progress meetings/record meeting minutes.\nChange Order Management and Preparation.\nScheduling, schedule preparation and updates.\nPrepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and weekly time reports as required.\nDocument Control - both physical and electronic.\nCost tracking and project invoicing, preparation of T&M billings and claims.\nUtilize Foundation Accounting Software job cost, payroll, and T&M billing proficiently.\nCAD and other technical drawings as required.\nCoordination with subcontractors and suppliers.\nQC understand plans and specifications and ensure work is in compliance.\nMaintain Record Set of Contract Documents on the jobsite as required.\nMaintain current inventory of equipment and material onsite.\nMaintain organized Progress Photos.\nOther duties as requested by the Project Manager/Superintendent.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBS degree in Engineering or Construction Management\nMinimum 2 years of experience\nExcellent computer skills and extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project\nEffective analytical, communicating, writing, and organizational skills.\nBe a proactive, organized, self-starter and be able to manage workload and priorities\nBe of high integrity\nValid Driver's License, medical card, acceptable driving record to drive company vehicles.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nApproximately 50% of the position will work from the local office.\nApproximately 50% of the position will require travel.\nSome lifting up to 20lbs. is required.\nAll applicants must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States and hold a valid US driver’s license.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $70,000.00 -
