Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), based in Sanford, NC. The BCBA will design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for children with autism, using evidence-based ABA techniques. They will supervise, train, and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff. Collaborating with families, the BCBA will conduct parent education and support to ensure the continuity of care and long-term success for children. Additionally, they will collect and analyze data to evaluate and adjust plans based on progress.
