This role is responsible for producing, editing, and delivering high-quality photo and video content that supports and elevates the Eberlestock brand across social, web, digital advertising, wholesale partnerships, and internal initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the full content lifecycle, from concept and capture through post-production and delivery. Our team is made up of individuals who care deeply about the work, challenge each other to be better, and understand that great products come from great people.\nOur Core Values:\nAuthenticity, where integrity drives every decision.\nQuality, because every detail, every feature, and every idea is a reflection of our standard of excellence.\nGuarantee, not just in our gear, but in how we show up for our customers, our community, and each other.\nKey Responsibilities:\nContent Planning & Capture\nPartner with Creative and Marketing teams to plan and execute photo and video shoots aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.\nCapture high-quality lifestyle, product, and studio photography in both field and controlled environments.\nLead assigned video projects from planning through capture, including shooting, lighting, audio, and b-roll.\nOperate DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema-grade cameras (Sony preferred).\nEditing & Post-Production\nEdit and retouch photography using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One to meet brand standards.\nEdit, color-grade, and produce video content in DaVinci Resolve.\nApply sound design, motion elements, and graphic overlays to enhance storytelling.\nEnsure all content meets formatting, metadata, and delivery specifications.\nAsset Management & Distribution\nOrganize and maintain clean, consistent file structures for all raw and finished assets.\nManage and review content from external contributors to ensure quality and brand alignment.\nDeliver finalized assets on schedule to internal teams, partners, and collaborators.\nUpload and distribute content using tools such as Google Drive, Frame.io, and Outlook.\nCollaboration & Brand Stewardship\nWork cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to support campaign needs.\nContribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions.\nCoordinate with outside contributors to ensure clarity, alignment, and strong execution.\nStay current on industry trends, formats, and editing techniques to keep content relevant and impactful.\nRequired Qualifications:\n2+ years of professional content creation experience with a focus on both photography and video.\nDemonstrated ability to capture and edit studio and field photography.\nHands-on experience with video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio capture.\nProficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One, as well as video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.\nFamiliarity with digital advertising requirements across platforms such as Meta and Google.\nStrong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail, color, and composition.\nExperience organizing and managing large media libraries with consistent file management practices.\nComfortable operating professional-grade cameras, lighting, and production equipment.\nClear, effective communicator with experience collaborating across creative, marketing, and external teams.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to real-time content needs.\nExperience in outdoor, lifestyle, or brand-focused environments preferred.\nPassion for the outdoors and alignment with Eberlestock’s mission is strongly preferred.\nBenefit Offerings:\nGenerous tiered PTO allowance with an initial accrual level of 12 days annually\n10 Paid Company Holidays\nTwo Medical Plan Options with 70% of employee-only premium paid by company\nOptional Dental Coverage\nOptional Vision Coverage\nCompany Sponsored 401K Plan with 4% employer match\n55% Eberlestock Employee Discount (40% for purchases for friends and family)\n“Pick a Pack” Gift following 90-day probationary period\nEberlestock is an equal opportunity employer.
