Your primary focus will be the recovery of delinquent assessments and fees, ensuring these communities remain financially stable and functional.Key Responsibilities:Manage a high-volume caseload involving the recovery of delinquent HOA and COA assessments.Represent associations in legal proceedings related to creditor-side collections.Navigate bankruptcy filings and their impact on assessment recovery.Collaborate with a supportive internal team to deliver exceptional service to community boards.QualificationsExperience: 1+ years of legal practice.Preferred Background: Direct experience in HOA/Condo assessment recovery is a plus.
