Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.\n\nIn 2021, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR 6.72 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.\n\nJob Description\n\nAutomation experience with TECAN and Hamilton systems, including with coding/scripting is a core requirement of this role.\n\nExecute high throughput process development (HTPD) experiments with BSL-1 and BSL-2 biological agents and viruses.\nOperate and maintain laboratory automation equipment (Tecan, Hamilton) to support HTPD screening experiments.\nPerform analytical testing, including cell-based assays, biochemical testing, and/or HPLC to support HTPD experiments, and participate in development of new assays as needed.\nPrepare laboratory reagents, solutions and culture media\nAnalyze, collate, track, and report data back to client staff members\nMaintain records and test results following good manufacturing practices (GMP)\nWork independently and efficiently\nDocument work clearly and perform tests accurately\nCommunicate with client staff members\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nCompleted bachelors in Bio/chemical Engineering, or related engineering concentration\nOne year of general lab experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays and aseptic technique\nAutomation experience with TECAN and Hamilton systems, including with coding/scripting\nAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship\n\nDesired Qualifications:\n\nStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skills\nExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude\nAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies\n\nAdditional Information\n\nPosition is full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
