Working closely with the OIE Director, the Student Administrative Assistant II will play a key role in implementing initiatives that enhance student, faculty and staff belonging, strengthen internal communications and recognition efforts.Position Specific Summary - This position will:Coordinate Inclusive Excellence including logistics, communications, and outreach.Support onboarding, recognition, and community-building initiatives for faculty and staff.Assist with maintaining internal dashboards, tools, and communications that increase transparency and track progress.Provide administrative support to working groups, committees, and partnerships.Contribute to data collection, feedback tools, and reporting related to Inclusive Excellence efforts.Draft and manage digital content such as newsletters, emails, and promotional materials.Standard Position Description - The student will serve as an administrative assistant and perform tasks to support the operations of the the office or department. Task may include managing small to mid-level projects or events, responding to departmental inquiries, assist with communications and marketing, data entry, and other general office tasks.
