This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping equipment running safely and smoothly. What You'll DoStart up equipment before each shiftKeep machinery and tools operating safelyPerform preventative and routine maintenanceTroubleshoot and make mechanical adjustmentsMaintain loaders and ensure safe operationKeep detailed records of repairs and maintenanceOrder parts and supplies as neededFollow all safety procedures, including Lockout/TagoutHelp keep the maintenance area clean and organizedWork overtime or occasional weekends when neededWhat We're Looking For2+ years of maintenance experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience with welding, electrical, hydraulic, and control systemsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsFamiliarity with safe equipment practicesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and stand for long periodsComfortable working in varying temperatures, dusty/noisy environments, and wearing required PPETeam-oriented with solid communication and leadership skillsIf you're mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and ready to join a hardworking team, this could be a great fit.
