Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.\r\nWork with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets.\r\nIdentify opportunities to expand business with existing key accounts; aligning sales efforts with customer needs and company objectives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.\r\nProactively engage with customers to understand their business goals, challenges and opportunities and provide solutions to address their needs and drive value.\r\nMeet or exceed monthly sales goals. Manage sales pipeline and opportunities for key customers, tracking sales activities, forecasting revenue and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.\r\nStay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics.\r\nAnalyze sales reports, tools to establish strategies to assess customer purchase potential, grow market share, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.\r\nRespond to quote submittals, process sales orders, bids, job information packages, and perform all sales functions in accordance with Company policy and procedures.\r\nActively participate in scheduled sales meetings, complete customer call reports, and maintain current customer profile data.\r\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional associations and trade shows.\r\nInvestigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with Company policy and procedure, follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.\r\nWork with the customer, Profit Center Manager, and Credit Manager to facilitate payment of all accounts receivable; communicate any changes in a customer's business that might cause a credit risk.\r\nSupport Sales and all Profit Center activities as part of our Profit Center Team.\r\nSuccessfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.\r\nPerform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.\r\nAbout You\r\n2+ years outside sales experience, large account management preferred.\r\nAble to drive for company business.
