(RBT certification a plus).\nMinimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.\nExperience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities is preferred not required.\nMust demonstrate skills in time management, communication, organization, and documentation.\nFamiliarity with Office 365 or proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.\nMust have reliable transportation and a working cellular phone.\nNew hires are expected to complete a background check through the DOJ and FBI.\nAbout PBX Steps: PBX Steps was established in an effort to increase the amount of support to the special needs' population, as individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities are often limited to resources that support them in overcoming barriers at home and within their community.
