Responsibilities cover the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing and documentation. It also requires strong problem-finding skills with quick adaptation to existing application for business functions and technical structural layout.\n\n[Responsibilities]\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications and modules, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code\nManage the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, prioritizing, testing, and releases, often using Agile methodologies\nLead, guide, and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices\nMonitor, support on-going operation of the developed programs(RPA) that are serviced to the customers. And if necessary, resolve the issue & enhance the current solutions\nWork closely with customers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions\nImplement automated testing, debug issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure application security and performance\nParticipate in internal and external meetings to gather the business requirements and suggest solutions\nAnalyze the business requirements and suggest the best practice to apply to the business requirements\nWrite unit, integration, and production test scenarios\nTroubleshoot and debug to optimize application performance\nLiaise with the development team to identify and plan new features\nEnsure the developed modules comply with Samsung SDS quality assurance standards\nResearch and suggest new technologies, applications, and protocols\nCreate detailed technical plans for the execution and implementation of projects\nBe available to answer technical questions, clarifications, and clear obstacles for the team\nBeing transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes\nWriting development progress reports\n\nRequirements:\n\n+7~ years in web based related system development including Java (or other programing languages like Python) experience in developing or maintaining intranet systems.\nShe/he has to speak in English fluently in verbal and writing.\nGood understanding or experience in RPA is a plus\nExperience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSon, Java Script, AJAX\nExperience with Oracle database server, SQL, PL/SQL procedures\nExperience in data analytic (ex: Alteryx) & visualization tool (ex: Tableau, Power BI) - preferred\nBS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field – preferred\n\nSpecial Skills:\n\nGoal oriented and self-motivated.\nCandidate must have the ability to work independently or within a team environment.\nStrong oral and written communications skills with ability to create software design and engineering documents.\nAbility to multi-task and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines is essential.\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment is crucial.\nAbility to learn, excel and deliver at a quick pace is required.\nKorea/English Bilingual is a plus, not mandatory\n\nWhy work at BTI?\n\nWe’re committed to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
