The Bank Teller will be responsible for performing a variety of customer-facing banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. The role also involves assisting customers with inquiries, promoting bank products and services, and ensuring compliance with operational regulations and security policies. Accuracy, attention to detail, and providing excellent customer service are essential to this role. Qualifications Familiarity with Teller Operations, Deposits, and general banking proceduresProficiency in Cash Handling, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detailStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and address customer needsBasic computer literacy and ability to use banking software proficientlyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in banking or finance is a plusProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalismPrevious experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment is preferred
