This position serves as the primary security advisor to program leadership and ensures personnel, physical, information, industrial, operational, and cybersecurity activities are integrated throughout the program lifecycle.\nThe Program Security Manager will work closely with government security representatives, Program Management, Engineering, Information Security, Industrial Security, Facilities, and external partners to protect classified information, sensitive technologies, facilities, systems, and mission operations. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience independently managing complex Intelligence Community security programs and translating government security requirements into practical operational controls.\nThis position is based on-site in our Reston, VA office.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the development, implementation, and administration of integrated security programs supporting classified Intelligence Community activities.\nServe as the primary security liaison among program leadership, government security representatives, customers, subcontractors, and internal security organizations.\nInterpret and implement Intelligence Community directives, contract security requirements, classification guidance, and customer-specific security policies.\nDevelop and maintain program security plans, standard operating procedures, classification guides, training materials, and other security documentation.\nManage personnel security requirements, including clearance verification, access eligibility, indoctrinations, debriefings, visit certifications, and need-to-know determinations.\nCoordinate physical, technical, and information systems security requirements for classified facilities, mission environments, and accredited systems, partnering with ISSOs to support ICD 503, RMF, and continuous monitoring activities.\nManage the classification, safeguarding, handling, transmission, reproduction, destruction, and authorized release of classified and sensitive information.\nDevelop and oversee OPSEC, COMSEC, Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, and Security Awareness activities, as applicable.\nConduct security risk assessments and evaluate system architectures, operational concepts, and supply-chain decisions to ensure compliance and inform program protection strategies.\nInvestigate and report security incidents, violations, and potential compromises, and drive corrective actions to closure.\nConduct internal inspections and readiness assessments, and support government audits, reviews, and compliance evaluations.\nIntegrate security requirements into program schedules, budgets, proposals, contracts, and subcontractor activities.\nProvide security guidance and briefings to executives, program personnel, engineers, and external partners.\nMaintain security records, metrics, risk registers, and executive-level reporting.\nSupport program startup, facility activation, system deployment, operational transitions, and program closeout activities.\n\nRequirements\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in security management, intelligence studies, criminal justice, cybersecurity, engineering, business, or a related field;
