They will also assist the Special Events/Draft Department in moving products from temporary on-site storage to beverage stations at Company sponsored events.\nRESPONSIBILTIES\nEssential Functions:\nClean and service all Company draft accounts on a weekly basis.\nService checks will include taps, washers, faucets, valves, lines, CO2, and temperature.\nComplete any instructions left by sales staff are to be completed in a timely manner.\nDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and complete work in a timely manner.\nMaintain a written report daily of all activities, including cleaning records, problems, opportunities, suggestions, competitive activity, etc.\nNotify Supervisor and/or Sales Rep of any problems, opportunities, or competitive activities with assigned accounts.\nListen to and help resolve customer inquiries & service complaints in a timely manner.\nObserve safety procedures and work in a safe manner.\nEfficiently move cases of product from on-site cold storage to beverage stations for sale to consumers.\nLift cases ranging from floor to chest height weighing up to 35 - 55lbs. placing the cases on a wheeled cart.\nPush/Pull the loaded wheeled cart to nearby beverage station, approximately 100ft. or less in distance.\nUnloading cases into coolers at beverage station.\nAdhere to safe lifting practices.\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time (including bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, etc.).\nOther duties as assigned.\nCompany Duties:\nAdhere to Company policies and procedures.\nAdhere to all applicable Federal, state, and local regulations regarding the merchandising of alcoholic beverages.\nMaintain valid Montana driver’s license and keeps a good driving record.\nDoes not abuse equipment and maintain Company property such as company vehicles.\nDemonstrate positive team dynamic and communication.\nProfessionalism:\nMaintain appropriate dress and appearance per Company standards.\nDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all areas of responsibility to ensure quality of work.\nEstablish and maintain effective working relationships.\nShow sound judgment, decision-making, and accountability.\nDemonstrate effective problem-solving skills; and\nAdhere to all Company and supplier procedures and policies.\nRequirements:\nQUALIFICATIONS and KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSA)\nAny combination equivalent to the following education and experience that would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities would qualify. A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills and abilities would be:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.\n3-5 years’ experience using or operating draft systems.\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, other governmental agencies, and the public.\nAbility to lift/carry/move 35 lbs. (maximum of 75 lbs.).\nAbility to stand for long periods of time (including bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, etc.).\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to work on own initiative; Ability to handle wide range of tasks; and,\nUnderstand and effectively communicate Summit Beverage's organizational mission and goals.\nPHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position is typically four, 10-hour days, spent in customer accounts and special events locations, often outside standard business hours. The shifts, end times, and total hours worked may vary depending on the season and special events requests.\nSeeing: Must be able to read product labels, read and interpret documentation.
