Unload trucks and receives product using lift truck. Stores and picks product through system directed work. Material Handles various size pallet lots of materials and totes of materials.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nReceives finished goods and stores in appropriate inventory location\nVerify finished goods and picker rack stock level, replace as required\nReads production orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved\nTake inventory and reports cycle counts of product as required to maintain inventory data in the computer\nStacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together\nLoads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand\nCounts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet\nAttaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases or other containers\nAssists other forklift operators, when needed, in loading and unloading trucks\nLifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators\nOperates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products\nKeeps work area clean\n\nTechnical/Functional Skills:\nReads, understands and follows quality system instructions and procedures\nDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality\nMeets productivity standards; completes work in timely manner; strives to increase productivity; works quickly\nObserves safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly\nAdapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events\nIs consistently at work on time\nFollows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours when necessary to achieve goals; completes task on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nPrevious warehouse experience preferred\n2 years of previous of sit down and stand up forklift experience\nAbility to obtain forklift certification\nHigh School Diploma or GED is required.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.\n\nThe pay for this role is $19.00-$23.00/hr and is commensurate on experience and education and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible for paid time off, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision.\n\nThis position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations.
