Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python / Typescript / React) Location: South Austin, TX, Full-time | Hybrid Only US Citizens or Green Card Holders will be considered We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company developing a modern AI-powered research and insights platform. This is a full-stack role with a strong backend focus (90%) , where you'll design and build scalable systems powering a production platform used by real customers. You'll have high ownership, real product impact, and the opportunity to work on technically challenging, distributed systems. What you will be doing Building and owning core platform features across backend and frontend Designing and implementing serverless, distributed, and event-driven architectures Developing backend services in Python and frontend components in React / TypeScript Designing and optimising database schemas and data models Collaborating closely with product and engineering to shape what gets built Shipping features end-to-end through modern CI/CD pipelines Key Skills needed Strong experience in Python software engineering Solid experience with React and TypeScript Hands-on experience building distributed or event-driven systems Experience with serverless architectures (any cloud or framework) Strong understanding of database design and data modelling Nice to have skills Experience integrating with LLMs or AI tooling Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms Familiarity with OpenSearch or other search/indexing solutions Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools 5V Tech are acting as an Employment Agency for the purposes of this job vacancy.
