Succinctly communicate key updates to senior management and executive teams.RequirementsTechnical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.High-volume manufacturing experience with a detailed understanding of advanced product quality planning, production processes, testing, kitting, and packaging.Proficiency in GD&T, metrology, and measurement equipment and techniques.Experience with statistical techniques including SPC, AQL sampling, Measurement System Analysis (GR&R), and process capability (Cpk).Ability to evaluate cosmetic defects and establish cosmetic specifications with Product Design.Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions under stringent deadlines.
