Our Mission is to promote opportunities, which enhance the self-sufficiency of people to empower them to live and function independently.\n\nJob Description\nWe are hiring for a LCSW or LPC to lead and provide clinical supervision to one of our Assertive Community Treatment teams which serves individuals with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders in their homes and community.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\nMaster Degree in social services field (required)\n\nLCSW or LPC (required)\n\nAdvanced practice license in good standing or eligible to attain within 1 year (required)\n\nMinimum of two years of managerial experience (preferred)\n\nNo restrictions or adverse actions that would disqualify for Medicaid or other billing (required)\n\nCore Competencies\n\nCommunicates respectfully and effectively and establishes professional relationships through active listening and demonstration of empathy and positive regard.\n\nEffectively manage all aspects of a social service program including personnel, quality assurance, performance monitoring and improvement, and ensuring all standards are met for licensing, accreditation, fidelity to model, and contracts as applicable.\n\nPromotes recovery, independence, and personal choice for participants.\n\nAssists clients in identifying strengths, needs, and realistic goals to develop a service plan. Accurately identifies risk and responds appropriately.\n\nEffectively teaches social skills and household management skills.\n\nDemonstrates advanced knowledge of behavioral health symptoms, interventions, and impact. Maintains professional boundaries and operates within agency / ethical guidelines.\n\nKnowledge of agency and community resources and referral processes.\n\nEffectively supervises a group of social service professionals.\n\nJob Duties / Skills Required\n\nProvides broad management for program(s) with combined total annual budgets of less than $750,000.\n\nProvides supervision, clinical consultation and review, assignment of cases, and overall management for their clinical team.\n\nProvides performance data and reports regularly to the Program Director 3.\n\nMonitors quality of all clinical services and compliance of services and delivery with ethical standards, licensing, accreditation, contracts, etc.\n\nContinuously monitors and evaluates the program for efficiency, effectiveness, opportunities to reduce operation costs, risks and liabilities, and areas for improvement.\n\nAccurately identifies areas of risk and responds appropriately.\n\nCommunicates with administration regarding needs for efficient operation, such as training needs, environmental and safety needs, equipment, technology, personnel, etc.\n\nEnsures safety and security of the facility’s environment, clients, staff, and sensitive information. Ensures compliance with Policies and Procedures.\n\nProvides supportive services for clients and arranges for the provision of services from community resources based on the case plan.\n\nParticipates in setting case plan goals/objectives.\n\nCompletes case plans with clients.\n\nInterviews clients, families, etc. and completes assessments and other clinical documentation.
