Contract Litigation Attorney – Person Injury Defense (Strongly Preferred)
Our Client is seeking an experienced Contract Litigation Attorney to support its General Litigation team. This is an urgent, part-time contract role designed to provide substantive legal support to in-house attorneys managing high-volume caseloads. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft motions, including motions for summary judgmentConduct thorough file reviews for cases approaching trial or requiring strategic assessmentAnalyze medical records and high-severity injury casesProvide backend litigation support to in-house attorneys (work product is drafted on behalf of attorneys, not independently filed)Assist with general case preparation and legal research as neededQualifications5–7+ years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury defenseStrong experience drafting motions and handling litigation documentsExperience reviewing complex case files and identifying key legal and factual issuesFamiliarity with high-exposure / serious injury mattersAbility to work independently and integrate quickly into an existing workflowPreferredPrior trial exposure (not required)Experience in high-volume litigation environmentsRole StructureHours: approximately 30–35 hours per weekFlexible/mostly remote, with occasional in-office presence required for meetingsNo court appearances, depositions, or direct case ownership required
