Our mission is to take the real estate industry into the climate action era.We’re looking for a Sr. SDR to support our growing go-to-market team through outbound sales execution, marketing enablement, and CRM operations. This role blends sales development, HubSpot Ops ownership to ensure our top-of-funnel engine runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key part in building pipeline and improving processes.This is a great opportunity for someone that's been an enterprise SDR for 2-3 years and looking to move into a more operational role supporting large sales engines.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach while maintaining an organized pipeline and consistently hitting monthly meeting/opportunity targets Ensure high-quality lead qualification and smooth handoffs to Growth Leads Own top-of-funnel follow-up and ensure continuous outbound momentum Replenish pipeline through conference lists, lead uploads, and targeted research Serve as our HubSpot administrator, maintaining clean and accurate data Build and optimize workflows, sequences, and sales automation Create dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and team performance Train team members on HubSpot best practices and support ad-hoc CRM needs Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies Support conference-related spikes in lead volume Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels Track engagement and adjust content strategy based on performance Support creative campaigns, product announcements, and customer stories Monitor / post to social channels, respond to inbound engagement LogisticsWork Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States. Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York City/ We are a hybrid team with a 2-3 days in office policy. Compensation: This role is currently set at a salary range of ~$100,000-$110,000 OTE plus equity.
