This position is ideal for a finance professional with a strong data analytics foundation, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to transform large data sets into meaningful financial insights and executive-ready reporting.\nThe ideal candidate combines analytical strength with exceptional attention to detail and can produce polished deliverables for senior leadership with minimal direction.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and distribute recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.\nAnalyze large data sets and develop actionable insights to support business decisions.\nPerform budget-to-actual and forecast variance analyses, identifying key drivers and trends.\nCreate, enhance, and maintain reporting tools, templates, and financial models.\nSupport annual planning and forecasting activities through data extraction, consolidation, and reporting.\nDevelop executive-level presentations and reporting packages for leadership meetings.\nPartner with Finance team members to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.\nAssist with reporting and planning activities utilizing financial systems and data platforms.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, business analytics, or corporate finance.\nStrong financial acumen with knowledge of data analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including:\nPivot Tables\nPower Query\nComplex formulas and nested functions\nFinancial modeling\nLarge data set analysis\n\nAbility to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Experience\nNetSuite\nPowerPoint\nFinancial reporting and dashboard development\nIdeal Candidate\nHighly analytical with a strong data-driven mindset.\nProduces accurate, polished work with exceptional attention to detail.\nComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\nExperienced preparing executive-ready reports and presentations.\nAble to quickly ramp up and contribute immediately.\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
