Job duties in this role include working with customer stakeholders to understand program requirements; communicating with customer representatives to provide status updates and gather feedback; establishing work plans based on technical objectives and expected deliverables; managing project budgets and making key work-plan decisions to ensure cost projections align with funding levels. Responsibilities also include and identifying, pursuing, and acquiring future business opportunities.Day-to-day activities include defining program scope and milestones, managing project schedules and resources, tracking risks and dependencies, and facilitating communication among engineering, product, and operations teams. The Technical Project/Program Manager will collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements, support technical decisions, and remove obstacles to progress.
