The Lamination Operator operates and maintains machines used for manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met. The role involves setting up equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a sake workspace.\n\nEssential Job Function:\n\nOperate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.\nEnter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.\nRead and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality.\nMaintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.\nEnsure the quality of the panels are meeting the standard of the work order before proceeding the work to the next department.\n\nWork Schedule:\n\nThis is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.\n\nWork schedule is 1st Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm\n\nRequirements:\n\nEssential Qualifications, Education and Experience:\n\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry.\n\nPreferred Additional Skills:\n\nStrong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills are essential.\nCandidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints and understand job specifications.\nAbility to read, write and communicate in English.\nBasic computer skills for data entry.\nAbility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.\nAble to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other areas.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAble to lift to 25lbs.\nAbility to stand/walk throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
