Since opening our first manufacturing facility in 2016, our mission has been clear – to help small brands obtain big brand presence, give back to the communities we serve and contribute to the creation of a more sustainable, circular economy.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nEnsure personal compliance with all company Quality System, Operational, and Human Resource policies, procedures, and practices, including Safety and completes required documentation accurately and timely.\nMaintains communication within production team members ensuring smooth shift transitions, etc.\nIdentifies and ensures that proper materials are used for production.\nCleans the machines daily; organizes machine and material parts during closing operations.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.\nEnsure the proper packaging materials are used for each product being produced.\nAbility to perform changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.\nPrepare equipment for the next run to include size changes as needed.\nComplete required paperwork and checklists as required\nJOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nPossess and foster a positive attitude of learning and respect\nAbility to understand and follow verbal and written directions\nAbility to take ownership of work and also work as part of a team\nStrong verbal communications skills\nAttention to detail\nVisual acuity to color consistency\nManual coordination and dexterity\nAbility to use basic hand tools\nManual coordination and dexterity while utilizing hand tools, cleaning equipment\nBe able to work safely around operating machinery\nEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMust be flexible in work schedule. Willing to work overtime, based on business need.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is around, moving mechanical parts and vibration\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs\nePac believes in a collaborative and cross trained workforce and encourage all employees to learn all facets of production.
