Secret Clearance required to start and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance per business requirementsJob DescriptionYou will be the Pilot Trainer Developer (Level 4) for the Training Development Team which is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving advanced aerospace training solutions.What You Will Be DoingAs the Pilot Trainer Developer (Level 4) you will be responsible for shaping the next generation of aircrew proficiency through innovative, technology‑driven instruction.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeDevelop and instruct highly creative training courses for existing and developmental systems.Provide all training to customer personnel at various locations.Support pilot, combat systems officer, and electronic warfare officer aircrew by briefing and training test and production crews, as well as systems engineers, on aircraft and ground‑system capabilities.Collaborate with test aircrew, engineers, and simulation technicians to design, implement, evaluate, and document training and technical publications.Integrate the latest instructional‑design trends into training aids such as flight simulators and part‑task training devices.What’s In It For YouWe are committed to supporting your work‑life balance and overall well‑being, offering flexible scheduling options.
