Located in downtown Monterey in a historic adobe, we offer a seasonally driven menu, thoughtful cocktails and wine, and warm, polished service. We believe exceptional hospitality comes from genuine connection, attention to detail, and anticipating what our guests need.\n\n*The Role*\n\nOur servers own the guest experience from the moment a table is seated until the final farewell. You should be comfortable managing a section with confidence and urgency while maintaining service that feels warm, composed, and effortless to the guest.
