Some outbound calls such as appointment confirmations etc. Check out more www.reception247.com Qualifications - Must have excellent and clear oral communication skills - Strong customer service skills - Experience with data entry and administrative tasks - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with multi-line phone systems - Previous office management experience is a plus - Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute Responsibilities - Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately. - Utilize administrative experience to assist in office tasks and maintain organization. - Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally. - Utilize data entry skills to input and update information accurately in systems. - Assist in office management tasks to ensure smooth operations. - Utilize typing skills to draft documents and correspondence efficiently. - Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
