Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join their Team! This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality parts that meet strict standards. This is a temp-to-hire position offering overtime, incentives, and benefits.Schedules1st Shift - Monday - Friday from 6AM - 2PM2nd Shift - Monday - Friday from 2PM - 10PM3rd Shift - Monday - Friday from 10PM - 6AMKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor injection molding and other production machinery safely and efficientlyPerform quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications and maintain production standardsTroubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow company policies, safety protocols, and production guidelinesRequirementsPrevious injection molding experience requiredProven background as a machine operator in a manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standardsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamIf you are interested in this position, please apply to this job posting and a Team Member will be in touch!Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
