This role involves a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to handle the development, implementation, and optimization of telecom systems and infrastructure. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible to support all aspect regarding the technical operations for the team.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:\n\nHere are some key responsibilities and aspects for this role:\n\nResponsible for the technical management of the project’s ensuring the quality and project scheduling constraints are adhered to.\nResponsible to align the project with the overall Unit roadmap, constraints and plans.\nWorking with product for prioritizing tasks and resolves issues/conflicts.\nOversee and track the releases and project's closure, integrating all relevant components (e.g., lesson learned, KPIs...).\nIn charge of automation of the project to be able to improve the quality and project speed.\nPromotes cross-divisional communication, strategy, and tactical planning to maximize revenue generation.\nBuild and manage an effective and engaged multi-disciplinary project team and processes to ensure efficient project delivery, usually in a matrix manner.\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering or Information Technology, is strongly preferred. Or a Master’s Degree (Optional but Beneficial) in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management or Telecommunications.\n\nCertifications, strongly preferred\n\nProject Management Certifications:\nProject Management Professional (PMP)\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO):\nTelecommunications-Specific Certifications:\nCertified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network\n\n Professional (CCNP)\n\nCompTIA Network+\n6-8 years of experience in technical management domain, with at least 4 years hands on experience in leading at least one of the project management aspects, such as: schedule, budget, resources, risks, etc.\nExperience in the relevant wireless telecom domain and general knowledge in relevant areas such as SW development, delivery, testing, etc.\nManagerial experience (direct or matrix)\nIn-depth applied knowledge of standard program/project management concepts, practices and procedures.\nAbility to travel and work in the field if needed.\n\nCircet USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Veteran/Disabled.
