This role focuses on developing scalable, cloud-native solutions while leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.\r\nThis position is located in San Diego, CA and has the work schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDesign, build, and maintain production applications using C# and .NET\r\nLeverage Claude for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and analysis\r\nBuild and operate cloud-based solutions on AWS\r\nCollaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams\r\nParticipate in system design, code reviews, and technical decision-making\r\nImprove application performance, scalability, and reliability\r\nMentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university\r\nA track record of commitment to prior employers\r\nStrong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core\r\nHands-on AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)\r\nExperience building APIs and backend services\r\nSolid understanding of software design principles\r\nExperience with Git-based workflows\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nPractical experience using Claude for coding or code review\r\nExperience with Databricks\r\nMicroservices or distributed systems experience\r\nCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\r\nInfrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)\r\nExperience with additional AI coding tools\r\nWhat's in it for you?\r\nWhen you join CoStar Group, you'll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
